Cricket general rules
If no balls were served in a match, series, or competition, all user bets are canceled, with the exception of markets whose outcome has already been unambiguously determined (for example, bets on a “Completed Match”). If the game is interrupted or shortened due to bad weather, the bets are calculated based on the official result. For limited overs matches (ODI, T20), the result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method (DLS) is taken into account. If the outcome of the match is decided by a throw-off (a series of serves) or a coin toss, all bets are void, except for those where the result was predetermined before the game was stopped. In case of “team failure” or “disqualification”, the bets are refunded (void). Changing the format of the match, for example, reducing the number of overs does not affect the bets if the game is officially played to the result.
Cricket test matches

There are reasons for canceling matches unrelated to weather conditions. If a match has started but has been interrupted or canceled for reasons unrelated to weather conditions (including but not limited to):
- Dangerous or unplayable condition of the pitch (wicket/outfield);
- Intentional damage to the playing surface (vandalism);
- Strikes or boycotts of participants;
- Riots or violence from the audience;
- Stadium damage;
- Terrorist acts;
- Force majeure (force majeure);
- Zuplay reserves the right to cancel all bets, with the exception of markets where the result has already been clearly determined before the match was stopped.
If a match does not end within 5 days of the originally scheduled end date, all bets on that event will be canceled, except for bets on markets where the result has been finalized (for example, first-inning statistics, individual player scores, etc.).
In the case of an official replay of the match, bets on the original game remain valid only if the replay is carried out within the original time frame (before the expiration of 5 days). For test matches and long-term series, special conditions may be specified separately in the bookmaker’s rules.
Cricket limited over matches

When a match is announced, all bets are canceled, except for markets with a certain result or where the minimum number of overs is played. If the draw is postponed to a reserve day, bets placed 30 minutes before the original start time will be canceled. If the match is shortened due to rain, the unfinished sessions are canceled, and the completed ones are calculated using the last digit of the total. Next, users will be able to familiarize themselves with the technical calculation rules:
- Dot Ball Market does not take into account: wides, no balls, leg buys, bye runs, or any kind of wicket;
- Penalty runs are taken into account in the calculation;
- In the single-over market, an interrupted over is considered completed after at least one serve;
- In tests, it takes 300 overs or an official score to calculate a “full match”.
Multi Accounting, collusion, court siding, and coefficient manipulation are strictly prohibited in Zuplay. Suspicious bets (including those placed from the stadium) may be cancelled. Erroneous odds and bets in fancy markets are canceled without correction. The company reserves the right to confiscate funds in case of user fraud. All disputes are resolved in favor of Zuplay. The decisions of the settlement management are final.
Rules of the line market

The basic principles of the Line Market include several key aspects that help players effectively navigate sports betting. The following information will be provided:
- Bid acceptance delay: 1 second;
- All bets are accepted with a coefficient of 2.0;
- the “Price” of the bet determines the number of runs on which the bet is placed;
- “Buy” bets win if the actual number of runs exceeds the “price” of the bet;
- “No line (Sell)” bets win if the actual number of runs is less than the “price” of the bet.
The terms of the Line Market calculation include several key aspects that determine how the bids will be processed and what results will be taken into account when calculating them. The market is considered calculated if:
- Played at least 5 overs in an inning;
- The batting team is knocked out (all-out);
- The target for winning the match has been reached.
The special rules for overs run line market state that bets are canceled, even if the result is obvious, in the following cases. If the scheduled number of overs is reduced due to rain and fewer overs are actually played than specified in the rules, or if the number of overs is reduced for other reasons after the start of the inning. However, there is an exception: if a team reaches the target within 20 overs or is knocked out, and the number of overs has not decreased below the set minimum, the market is considered calculated.
Additionally, there are special rules for the minimum number of overs for test matches. In case of technical failures or force majeure, the company reserves the right to cancel the bets. All disputes are resolved in favor of the bookmaker.
