Important rules

The current document (“Terms and Conditions”) regulates the relationship that arises during the use of services on the Zuplay platform (hereinafter, possibly the “Company”) by the user (“Player”). When using the platform’s services, the user acknowledges that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the current rules and any further changes. If the user does not agree with the current rules, he/she should stop using the services on the platform.

The company has the right to update, supplement, and edit in any way the terms and conditions described in this section. Zuplay will notify all customers of its platform when an update to the rules is released, so it is the responsibility of each user to familiarize themselves with the changes. If, for any reason, the user is not notified of the changes, the platform is not responsible for it. In case the user does not understand the changes or one of the clauses of the regulation, he/she should contact the support service for clarification.

Obligations of users

In order to use the services of the Zuplay platform, users must create an account. This can only be done by users who are at least 18 years old, in accordance with Indian law. If the user has a gambling problem, he/she is prohibited from using Zuplay services. 

The user may use the services of the platform in accordance with the regulations in force. The user also undertakes to use Zuplay services personally and only for entertainment purposes. Attempting to transfer the account to third parties is a violation.

For the full functionality of the platform, the user consents to the processing of payment transactions. 

The user also confirms that the activities on the platform are bona fide and are used for personal purposes and are not related to fraudulent actions or actions aimed at money laundering.

In case of any error or question, Zuplay customers must contact the platform’s customer service.

Account creation

Account registration is a mandatory requirement for using Zuplay services. To successfully create an account, the player must complete the registration form, accept the applicable terms and conditions, and pass the verification process. 

The user is entitled to have only one account.

The platform has the right to refuse the user in case of any violations or inconsistencies. In case of rejection, Zuplay has the right not to explain the reasons for rejecting the registration.

When registering, the user is obliged to provide only valid information that can be confirmed. 

The account can only be used by the user. If the account is transferred to third parties, it will be closed.

The user must securely store the data from their account, it is also prohibited to transfer it to third parties. The platform is not liable for any damage that is caused by the user. 

If the platform was accessed by third parties, the player should immediately contact customer support to freeze the account and clarify further circumstances.

Platform payments

Users may only use the payment systems available on the platform for both deposits and withdrawals. All payment transactions must be made within the limits of the platform. 

Zuplay does not charge any fees for payments from its customers; any fees are charged by the payment system.

The user must use only personal accounts for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

The platform has the right to request verification of identity from the client in case of suspicious activity without explanation. At the time of verification, the account’s payment transactions will be restricted.

The user has the right to withdraw their funds only within the available limits. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are met.

In case of suspicious transactions that can be perceived as money laundering and financial terrorism, the user’s account will be frozen, and the available information will be transferred to the relevant government agencies.

Complaints and Disputes

In case the user does not agree with the outcome of the platform or has found an error in the calculations, he/she should contact the support service ([email protected]) to open a dispute. You can open a dispute within 14 calendar days from the date of the calculation.

The platform is obliged to respond to the dispute within 28 calendar days from the receipt of the dispute request.

If the client is not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute, he/she should file a complaint. To do so, send a request to Customer Support ([email protected]) within 3 calendar days of the dispute outcome.

After reviewing the dispute, if the outcome is not satisfactory to one or both parties, the dispute will be referred to an independent organization that will make a determination. The decision of the independent body cannot be challenged and is final.

Possible errors

The occurrence of any errors and/or malfunctions affecting the bets and their calculations shall be a serious reason to invalidate the affected bets. The final decision is at the sole discretion of Zuplay.

The occurrence of errors or malfunctions of the users, which were caused by third parties and resulted in losses, is not justified for reimbursement of the loss, and the platform is not liable for them. 

The platform is also not responsible for errors that are the fault of the user and their devices.

In case of erroneous payments or errors in calculations, the user must contact the support service.
